I love splash it's always great value and clean and efficient and I normally always come away with a great wax. But on this occasion I had a new therapist who wasn't as good as I have had previously - she was ripping off the hot wax a bit too early, meaning some hair was left and it was quite painful. She also did it in huge chunks so wasn't very accurate. This is definitely an anomaly for this salon though as normally it's great!!
