Normally love this salon. Had a new girl who was so distracted by other people talking in the salon that everytime someone spoke of walked past, she stopped to look at them which meant the treatment took longer than it should have.
Because she wasn't concentrating, she forgot to put on cuticle softener, cuticle oil and I had to remind her to put the UV lamp on.
I would return as I usually have a good experience, I just hope I don't get my treatment done by the same member of staff again.
