Was happy with my bookings at Splash. They're always very quick and efficient which is great when you have little spare time! My nails were a little shorter than what I had shown my technician I'd like them to be but apart from that, very happy and will return.

Bowing the fact that I booked my appointment ahead, and paid for it too I still got a trainee. She didn't know where to find the equipment , didn't speak any English , and my shellack is nowhere near perfect. After I informed the manager she just easily apologised gave me a card with a 'free express manicure ' for next time and that's done. I don't think I'll ever visit that place again ...
