Staff seems not to be aware with whom I was booked with. Very young lady eventually was ask to do my hollywood waxing. She is lovely but could not speak a word of English. It was my my first hot hollywood wax and i needed someone that I could explain to me. Walked out with a mini wax half done, very disappointed.
