Asked for a simple 2 inches off the bottom, volume blow dry. Was given layers and had the edges of my hair cut with an electric shaver!? Also had the roots of my hair GHD straightened. My hair now has multiple lengths. All other splash experiences have been positive, This was a one off terrible experience
