I usually get fantastic service here but this time it wasn't great. Maybe the therapist was finding her feet. She seemed stressed, kept dropping things, scrubbed my quite evident blisters with foot scrub (brought a tear to the eye...) and took AGES. The end result was good and it pains me to not give unreservedly good comments as I'm a regular, but now I'm not sure I'd go back as the experience has really put me off.

It's great to be able to book a mere 30 mins before your arrival, even on a Saturday. The staff were lovely and the location is very convenient.

The vibe was trendy and upbeat,but the music was a little too loud and I had to repeat myself several times to the staff to be heard over it. My service was done well, the staff were very nice, and the facilities were clean, though the waiting hallway was a little cramped downstairs. Overall, a great value! I will return :)
