The lady took so long to just file and paint my toes and once she was finally finished she smudged it when putting on my flip flops so then she had to re-do it 😴
Once I left I realised my flip flops were ruined ( probably by the nail varnish remover she had used), I had nail varnish all over the bottom of my big toe, the nail varnish couldn't completely dry for over 12 hours??? So once I got in to bed more than 12 hours later I smudged it on my duvet.

The place was really easy to find. I was served within 5mins of my arrival. Service was really good -efficient and minimal pain! It helped that there was a screen on the ceiling to distract one. Would definitely come back!

Facial not great - my pet peeve is when the therapist leaves you in the room after putting on a face mask or the steamer, both of these happened and I was left alone in the room for over 20mins. Best practice is to do a massage or something else during that time not to use it as a break. The treatment was also interrupted twice. I like Splash for nails and waxing but won't be getting another facial.
