The staff were very accommodating. Shame I didn't get the name of the person who did the tinting and waxing but she was really good. She gave out very good tips and good eyebrow care. Very informative.

Room was rather tight so made it difficult to wax my leg closest to the wall. Which resulted in strips missed on my legs. Quite a few which was disappointing to see! Hollywood was ok the lady had a great technique so didn't hurt as much as usual.

Wash cut and blow dry with Simona. SO pleased with the finish. Beautiful cut and great blow dry. I have super frizzy hair but left with it sleek and healthy. Would definitely recommend!
Excellent gel manicure as always. Lovely, friendly service and is definitely my go-to nail salon now. Aromatherapy massage was relaxing although due to location of treatment rooms you can hear people outside and the room is quite small so the therapist had to shuffle around the bed. Still an enjoyable treatment.
