Understaffing had resulted in scheduling issues. The receptionist/ therapist was handling everything. She did a decent job under the circumstances. But place is dirty, smelled bad. Treatment was swift / efficient. Place/facilities need investment.

This is the third or fourth time Daniela has cut my hair and I'm always pleased with the results. She takes the time to make sure you know how your hair works (she explained how my cowslicks would affect my fringe and how to style it) and is an absolute perfectionist. Just make sure you don't have somewhere to be straight after the appointment as she will take the time needed to make sure your hair is exactly what you want!
