I've been going to this place for wax and occasional mani/pedi for a year. However, lately it has consistently been disappointing in every possible aspect. It's absolutely freezing, and for those needing a wax, you'll literally be freezing your Bottoms off! I've had moments when someone opened the door when I was having a wax and it was embarrassing. The quality of the wax isn't great; most girls seem quite inexperienced and struggle with thicker hair and often swap to strip wax and try to convince me this is the better option for bikini area. Needless to say I end up with a extremely irritated red skin, having paid for something I did not get. When you pay for the 1 hour pedicure; don't expect the luxury experience and get ready to be done quite fast! The general vibe of the place isn't very nice at all; very impersonal and the manager seem to be more concerned with telling off her own staff than to actually improve the customer experience.
Pretty rubbish, time to swap for a better salon!
