The girl doing my wax didn’t seem bothered at all just wanted it over with which is fine but I asked for hot wax which she used once then decided to use strip instead which was much more painful. Afterwards I noticed she had missed an entire patch of hair! I had to shave at Home- not what you want when you’re waxing.
