Hollywood waxing was efficient and relatively pain free. Gel pedicure take off was fine. The staff are very attentive at this salon, which is nice.

I needed a last minute waxing and this was the only place close to my workplace where I could find a free slot. My appointment was with Noelia, dark hair lady with lots of tattoes. This experience was the worst of my life. She was anything but welcoming and friendly and I am sorry to say that, but she has no clue what she's doing. I have been going to waxing for 10 years but never in my life I had bruises and sore red skin even after two days. I can barely use my arms because of the sore skin from my underarms. Also, I had to shave my legs when I got home as I had so much hair left. Maybe other services or beauticians are ok, but I wouldn't recommend this venue to anyone due to this awful experience.
