The actual treatment aspects were great but there was a lot of time waiting for the treatments to set where normally you would receive a little extra such as a hand massage. The lighting was quite harsh and there was so ambience music or smell. If you are looking for a more practical facial then this is great but if you are wanting a more relaxing experience not sure its the right place
