Decent wax, super quick (<10 mins out the door) a few long hairs left, and after the hot wax went over with strip wax which is a bit painful. Staff seemed very competent but also like they really didn’t want me to be there. Made me feel like an inconvenience, even though it was over in a snap. Probably wouldn’t go back because of it, unless the price was really right.

The hairdresser Rodrigo was great - fast, skilfull and pleasant. The same cannot be said for the younger guy working on reception (ginger guy). Will return to this place for sure.

It’s not my first time here and I used to love the treatments but this time the staff was new and I even paid more when on the internet there wasn’t specified that express pedicure it’s not a pedicure at all and as far as I can remember.. before, it used to be a real pedicure... apart from that.. the lady was very not accurate at all with the pedicure.. I am ok with the shellac but not with the pedicure at all even though I got to pay 15 pounds extra on top of what I had paid... I loved the ladies that used to work there before and even the ambience was not as it used to be... I won’t ever book it again..
