Second time having a hollywood wax here; I paid for a hot wax, but the beautician kept swapping between hot and strip wax (the strip wax was far too hot to be used in such a sensitive area). I did try to tell her it was very hot but I don't think she quite understood. It's taken a couple of days to recover as the skin has been damaged. This is the first time my experience at Splash wasn't good.
