Don’t think she’d done a Keratin treatment before. She just slapped the stuff on in a hurry and told me afterwards I’d need to come back for her to finish it tomorrow, only that she wouldn’t be there.
Not looking great at all.
Then the receptionist treated me like a criminal because I wanted to pay by cash.
