Last time I’ll visit this branch - I was waiting for over 30 mins for my appointment and as a result was late for my evening plans. Also shellac manicure is awful, caused damage to 2 of my cities by pushing back too far and the gels look horrific, bumpy and too thick - the therapist blamed it on old colour and had to re-do 3 of the nails. Still not right but I couldn’t wait any longer. I won’t return!

Really disappointed with the haircut and nails from this place. Both people seemed not properly trained.
With the haircut, I asked for straight cut with face framing and got blunt awkward length strands, and now having to book another haircut to fix this (obviously not here) The manicure is fine, but it came out very blobby, and my nail lengths are uneven.

The wax itself was good and the therapist was lovely. However the reception called me earlier in the day to ask if I could help them out and come 20mins earlier- I moved my schedule around but when I arrived I still had to wait 20mins. Frustrating.
