Had to pick off strings of wax from all over my legs, lots of wax around intimate area left too. Hair all over the floor, felt unsanitary. No compassion from beautician.

I didn’t get the woman I booked with & my wax was rushed. I paid for hot wax but she mainly used strips. Disappointed as I usually have good waxes here.

The Brazilian wax was quite painless, but the therapist gave me a wonky landing strip and didn't give me a chance to ask to rectify it
