A slightly odd experience compared to my usual hair appointments, but great value at £35 for wash, cut and blow-dry (especially with my Treatwell discount on top of that!). Taken straight through on arrival to have my hair washed without any consultation on what I wanted. Made me a bit nervous, but I liked the spirit of getting on with it as I was fitting this into my lunch hour. Simona did then chat to me about my expectations once I was in the chair, and got on with it. I liked the trim but was disappointed that the layering I'd asked for through my hair hadn't been done at the back - just the sides/front. The blow dry was ok, but not great. A rushed experience, but I quite liked that - plus the free drink (though I was only offered this quite late on so didn't have time to finish it). I'd go back as I think the cut was good (despite the missing layering) but knowing I'd need to style my hair myself afterwards to fully appreciate it.

Got exactly what I wanted, which can be pretty rare! Overall happy with the service. Head massage (which I wasn't expecting) with the morrocanoil treatment was amazing. However the staff were talking to each other in Russian which I thought was rude. I have worked in customer service before so I know talking to another colleague is a general no while serving a customer.
