I am a regular here and usually have the best hot wax with great value. However this time the lady continued to use strip wax even though i had paid for hollywood wax and did a really rushed job. I got home and realised there was a big rip and hair was not removed properly hence the 1 star for the wax. Other than that great salon at great prices, just an unfortunate experience
