I'm a regular customer since I moved to London, I'm there every week or every other week. So far I always had a great service but last time the waxing service was pretty bad, they left a lot of hair and it doesn't feel like I had a waxing. I could not see it immediately as they out this oil and you can't see or feel properly, but when I've got home I could see that the waxing treatment was inexistent. Another thing was, that because I paid online, they didn't add the services I had in my customer card and they didn't give a reason about it, they just said "I can't do that", it didn't feel right.
I’m a regular here but unfortunately I had an awful wax here recently. It was extremely painful, took double the time than normal and done badly. The beautician seemed inexperienced even though she said she had worked for Splash for a while. After I said it was too painful she blamed it on my hair length, which was the normal length I have waxed each month. There was a strip where she half pulled which left wax on my hair without pulling it out. She then continued to pull whilst I was in tears. After coming to the salon each month I’d like to think I’d come back but I haven’t got over it yet. This is normally a good place for waxing so hopefully this was a one time thing.
