Gel nails were really bad; bled into my cuticles, messy and uneven. The nail shape also wasn’t what I wanted..

Splash is quick and convenient, so I wasn't expecting much but I was not impressed. I was taken to have my hair washed straight away without any consultation. The towel put round my neck was filthy. The stylist didn't introduce himself.
I went in for a trim for my hair which is all one length. Despite this I've been cutting off lots of longer sections since the cut which were missed. During the haircut the sylist hit me hard in the head with his comb and caught my earring with his scissors twice. There was no heat protection before my hair was blowdried. Maybe they're better with men's hair. I would not go back.
The stylist was nice, the appointment was on time and the receptionist was good.
