Overall my hairdresser was lovely, and I was in and out very promptly, however little things like being offered a drink, asking if the temperature of the water was okay, etc. were missing. Great if you want no frills!

Bad news. quick, worst wax ever, so rude. pre-paid for hot wax and she insisted on doing strip wax, left all my ingrowns in and was really rough
