Very disappointing experience. The nail technician was annoyed about the time it took to remove my old shellac (rolling her eyes and sighing) and then rushed when applying the new shellac. She didn't do any cuticle work or make an effort to tidy around my nails and has also missed the gel top coat off some areas of my nails. I usually love getting my nails done but this wasn't an enjoyable experience or a good end result.
