The colour and blow dry were done very good and I was very pleased with the results, however the reason I awarded 4 stars it’s because they didn’t have hot water running in the salon so my experience when washing my hair wasn’t that good. But the lady who was in charge she tried to boil me a kettle she was incredibly kind. I’ll go there back but I’ll check before to see about the water situation
