3/4 of the time the staff was talking to another staff in another/ their language and giggling which is very unsettling and unprofessional. I had to wait for approx 45 minutes to wash off and the dye nearly dried off on my scalp. I used to go to this branch very often but the service has just gone worse. I went to this branch on this occasion because my hairdresser is on holiday otherwise I won’t go back if I can help it.

I really liked my hairdresser Daniela, it was my first appointment with her.
She’s professional, attentive and friendly.
I felt like I didn’t have to worry for the outcome because I could see that Daniela knew what she was doing.
And I love my highlights, will book with Daniela again.
