I booked in for an express gel pedicure and when I arrived the lady looked concerned because all the pedicure chairs were taken.
She pulled some furniture around, lay a towel out on the ground and asked me to put my feet on her knees. So it was quite awkward and uncomfortable and I never got to put my feet in water. I paid £29 and was finished in 20 minutes.
The lady performing the treatment was very nice and did her best, but I would have preferred they just rescheduled.
I contacted the salon and they only wanted to offer me a discount on my next treatment but treatwell gave me a refund.

Place is very tidy and chic, staff polite and ask if you have any needs. However I did bleed from my cuticles during the manicure, I was offered straight away an antibacterial product but it was a first for my nails to bleed after buffering. It's been a pleasant experience, but the manicure itself didn't last even 2 weeks. Price wise is fine and they use proper OPI and Shellac products.
