I usually love this place however when I arrived I was not given my regular beauty therapist (who I specifically booked) and unfortunately did not have a very good experience. The wax was very painful and slow and her inexperience made me nervous. When I left I realised she had also missed a lot and I had dried wax stuck on me everywhere, had to go home and shave the rest.
Maybe a bit more training is needed but like I said I do usually love this place so hopefully it won’t happen again.
