Not as good as usual. I'd booked a specific beautician, Evelina, but she clearly wasn't there so I was allocated someone I hadn't seen before. The bikini wax was slow, much more painful than usual and the result wasn't especially great (e.g. I still had patches of wax on me when I left). The beautician also started doing my brows before my bikini was was finished, which meant I was left, legs akimbo, half-waxed, while she started another service. This was weird and a bit uncomfortable.

Just an excellent wax. Had Raj who did the speediest pain free wax I’ve ever had. Really recommend this place every time.

It was lovely but very rushed and slightly painful. I paid for a hot wax but a lot of strips were used so I should’ve just paid less for strip wax? She was rushed but said they were short staffed. I was left feeling sticky and not clean so I wouldn’t recommend as so much.
