Lovely, very friendly staff member carried out my treatments - as a first time eye brow waxer I felt in safe hands!
The treatment room could be better - it's a small room under the stairs and is fairly cramped and dingy. Towels were old, frayed and stained although clearly were clean.

Really good value for money! I had the Pamper Nails Package and my beautician Gessica was incredibly sweet. She was very patient with me changing my mind every 5 minutes about which colours to go for and was even willing to try them all out for me. The location itself was rather odd as it was one table in a tiny room downstairs but they definitely made up for it with the warmth & hospitality of the staff.
