I have afro natural hair Valerio did my hair he did a good job he did trim my damaged ends well, and handled my hair with care trying to avoid me feeling any pain and the conditioner left my hair soft. My hair looked lovely as I left but the only area of improvement is with afro natural hair it is important to put the correct products to avoid shrinkage by the time I got home my hair was all frizzy again and my scalp was dry. Afro natural hair moisturiser and heat protector before pressing and blow drying my hair was clearly needed the products he used did not agree with my hair texture. I did feel welcomed by the manager the staff were very lovely and friendly

Lovely, very friendly staff member carried out my treatments - as a first time eye brow waxer I felt in safe hands!
The treatment room could be better - it's a small room under the stairs and is fairly cramped and dingy. Towels were old, frayed and stained although clearly were clean.
