I was extremely appalled by the service that I received at this salon. There was a mix up with the dates for my booking so I missed my appointment and the salon were unprepared to reschedule. They simply took my money and changed their mind several times. They originally suggested re-booking or a refund however once I requested this a couple of days later, the offer no longer stood. The salon is extremely noisy and unprofessional, the staff haven't got a clue and customer satisfaction is at the bottom of their priority list, all they care about is taking money from their customers. I will never visit a Splash Salon again and you can get much better service and comparable prices elsewhere.

Nice therapist but completely average wax - not worth the money, not of great quality and actually very painful, even a couple of days later! Wouldn't recommend, there are better deals to be had on Hollywood Waxing on Wahanda.

I went to have Shellac Deluxe manicure done and I am very much satisfied with it. The Therapist, Martina was very nice and knowledgeable, she knew what she was doing and did everything even in a bit less time than foreseen, which I welcomed. The place is little and busy because of walk in hairdressers. I recommend Shellac in Splash, I get complemented on my nails and I think they look great too.
The upstairs part of the salon is very busy but once I got downstairs therapist was very friendly and put me at ease immediately. She told me she was very quick- and she was!
