I booked this appointment as I got a £10 off code from Treatwell.
My appointment was for 4pm, I wasn't seen until 4:20pm.
I was told after the cut, my hair is the longer length and should have been extra, but because I was kept waiting I was not asked to pay extra.
I am just curious if I had paid the correct amount would anything been have offered for being kept waiting.
Good haircut, but I wouldn't go back and pay full price due to the delay, cleanliness and atmosphere.

I went in, and instructed the stylist to cut my hair to shoulder length. As I had removed my glasses, I was unable to see exactly what the stylist was doing, but, when I felt the scissors cut across my hair, I was shocked.
The hairdresser had cut it so short, right up until my neck. This was clearly much shorter than what I had asked for.
I felt so uncomfortable that I couldn't even stop the stylist. Will not go back again.
