Always efficient and consistent with the gels, although the last two occasions the top coat seems to shrink under the UV. Don't bother paying extra for the manicure/pedicure - it's not a full hour and it's not really the relaxing environment you'd hope for...the music gets a bit annoying after a while.

The wax was slightly painful as my skin was especially sensitive, however, the beautician accommodated the treatment accordingly and did her best to minimise the pain. She was thorough and very friendly and I would go again!
