The hollywood wax was quite good, a few stray hairs though that was missed. I had left it a while so the waxer was notably not happy about this which made me feel uncomfortable.

I was really happy to find a salon offering early morning appointments as these are hard to find in London. Staff were really friendly and I left with a great blow dry that lasted a few days. Good value for money and great service.

I've been going to Splash for months and they usually do a truly excellent job. This was still a lovely set of nails and this is no criticism of the lovely lady who did them as she was filling in for Sylvia. The problem was the lack of shellac stock; the first 10 colours I chose didn't have enough left to complete 2 nails, let alone a full set of fingers and toes. Management need to get a grip and order more stock when the regular lady is away. I'm now left with hands and toes in a colour I really am not happy with.
