This quite literally is as trashy as a salon gets. I think people book here because its cheap and conveniently located, but if you want a decent hair cut go somewhere else. I just had my long locks butchered to something I SPECIFICALLY SAID I DIDNT WANT by a stylist called Valerio. The whole haircut took 21 minutes from me walking in and leaving, including the time Valerio rushed off to check his phone and text his mate back while I sat in the sink with shampoo in my hair. Then he proceeded to roughly cut STRAIGHT HORIZONTAL LAYERS in my hair. I asked for a long side fringe with graduated layers. He then ran blunt thinning scissors throughout my hair without properly moving it, resulting in all my hair getting scratched, snapped and damaged. Its now super frizzy and puffy, I look like a chestnut!!! I am so upset, especially as I was starting a new job tomorrow. I should have left when I saw them just picking up dirty combs from the floor and putting it back on the cutting stand ready for the next customer. As I was leaving, the receptionist had the cheek to say "tips are always welcome". This place does not care one bit about your hair, only your money.

Great experience, really improved the shape and she did a thorough job! My only problem is that I got a bit burnt/cut by the wax so now have a scab below my eyebrow which is not flattering
