They called shortly before I was due to arrive and said it would need to be 15 minutes later and in soho. I said fine but I needed the appointment to start on time as I had somewhere to be. I arrived on time but had to wait 15 minutes. For the price the treatment is good.
Appointment was moved to soho branch due to sickness at a later time.
Nail technician was unable to paint nails with normal polish (tried x2 different colours) and the polish dried all patchy. The salon was extremely hot, so after removing the polish and trying another colour for the second time I just said it was fine and I’d leave it and get a refund.Explained the situation to the manager at reception and asked for a refund, however yet to recieve refund & no reply from the salon.
