I have previously been to this splash salon before and had a good experience with a very friendly and efficient beautician, but this time I was given a very inexperienced lady and found it very painful! Her method of tugging the end of the strip multiple times so she could get a hold on it and pull it off fully was very painful and not something I have ever experienced. She was polite and nice otherwise, but clearly didn't know much about waxing to think that was a good idea! I was also left waiting for 25 mins due a lack of communication between the staff, and only after I asked when I was going to be seen did they notice their error, which was a bit frustrating.
