Freskida was once again very professional & amazing at what she does. Her effort has not gone unnoticed. I've given the full stars to the beautician because of her hard work but my treatment was far from perfect.
I don't appreciate the salon management / reception ringing her twice whilst I was still on the bed lowering the quality of the service I received (few bits weren't waxed properly as she had to rush- not beautician's fault at all as each time I went to see her she did a splendid job) & really stressing me out.
To the management- please stop changing treatment times from half hour to 20min it's not possible to wax full legs in 20 min or do a Brazilian waxing in less than 30min. Youre pressuring the beautician to do the impossible which in turn stresses the customer. I paid for the service and I'd expect it to be performed uninterrupted please ensure you allocate a correct amount of time for the treatment to be performed- it really reflects badly on management that treatment times are advertised shorter than they should be affecting the overall service.
as a regular customer I'm sorry to say that I am not sure whether I'll be back...
