Appointment overran by 20 minutes making my other appointments that evening overrun. Lots of colours but nothing spectacular. File and shape good and application of gel colour but asked for a double top coat and was refused. Music too loud in venue ....classic techno music playing upstairanin hair salon so difficult to relax

This is a very busy Barber with lots of men coming and going rather than a relaxing Salon. I am a lady who had a full permanent hair colour a month ago - the colour is still washing out in the shower, not sure if this is normal?
It's never gone on for this long with previous dyes. If like me - you have long and thick hair, it may take longer than the 50mins stated. The gentleman who done it was attentive and pleasant, although dropped the comb on the floor, and still used it in my hair!
