Really didn't like this salon. Small, crammed, loud and so busy with people getting a quick haircut it felt like a factory. Staff at front of house didn't seem to care about customers, there was a 10 min delay to my treatment which was meant to only take 20 minutes and only the beautician herself apologised. She did a good job and put a brave face on but I felt sorry for her being stuck in the tiny room in the basement, running around and trying to get all her treatments done. Would not recommend

Previously I described how I was a bit burnt, had a different technician this time and they were perfect again- best value for money in central London for sure!
