This isn’t a salon, it’s a barber shop that does everything. It was so uncomfortably busy, loud and hectic. Heavy EDM and people shouting, you get constantly moved around. My treatment needed leaving on for 20 mins, I was sat on a stool on a busy hallway, I was left for 45mins in the end so the stylist could fit another client in. Not a relaxing experience at all. Not offered a drink or any mags, no internet or WiFi. It was a long 2 hours and I couldn’t wait to leave the salon after, not relaxing at all. The treatment and stylist were fine but when you pay £100 for a treatment I expect the full salon experience.

I went for haircut and blow dry and was really happy with the service I have received. I booked with Simone as recommended by a friend of mine, and I do not regret this decision at all. I was a little nervous as I had the same hairdresser for 15 years... going with someone new is always a little tricky haha. I didn't want my hair too short, so Simone made sure I was happy with the length throughout the haircut. Really listened to my needs and made a lovely blow dry (didn't even need the hair strengthener which is unusual to me). Also, I love that they use Kerastase products! such a good brand :) Will definitely go back! Guess I have found my new hairdresser :)
