Went here with my boyfriend to both get our hair cut. Great service and knowledgeable staff who listened to what we wanted and made useful and helpful suggestions. Music was a little loud though, which did mean it was sometimes hard to hear them.

This venue has a very 'urban' vibe. The beautician who carried out my wax was great - very friendly and efficient. Some of the other staff were friendly enough but it felt like a I had entered their bar - loud music, there was lots of banter and not too much customer focus.
