Room used to do the nails could be cleaner. The beautician removed nail polish from my nail with a nail file (which hurt) instead of using nail polish remover. After na polish application, the excess nail polish was not removed from my nail. Also, they changed the time of my appointment to 10min later at the last minute. In short, my first experience there was good, the second one was not and I won’t come back.

This is a hair salon with one room downstairs for wax. Staff were not very welcoming and didn't speak much English, wax was painful and done heavy-handedly. Generally an overall uncomfortable experience

I like my haircut however the visit felt quite rushed. The stylist was nice enough but I didn't feel that salon experience. Nobody took my coat, bag or umbrella, I was taken straight to the sink for a hair wash before discussing the cut whilst she could see my hair dry and I had to ask for my own drink.
