The staff member who did my Olaplex and hair cut was lovely and friendly. However, unfortunately I had to wait half an hour for my appointment despite booking beforehand, and the salon was very busy, which did not create the most relaxing environment. We had to walk up and down the stairs looking for a place to wash my hair! I have been here before for a pedicure which was very good, but I don’t think I will return for hairdressing services.

So, the area where you now get a wax is just separated by frosted glass...I felt quite exposed as you can easily see the outline of what is going on. Additionally, on this occasion I was not provided with a towel prior to the beautician entering the room, so again felt exposed, which wasn't comforting.
