There was a problem with the wax, it wasn't attaching to the skin properly; as a result, the whole procedure took longer and was more painful. Not the beautician's fault, though.

Been coming here for Hollywood waxes for a couple of years and generally very happy. The lady was very nice and friendly, but I’ve ended up with lots of micro cuts down there and patches of very painful skin from the waxing which I’ve never had before ever.
