The worst haircut experience I have ever had. The place looked clean but cramp. the staff who cut my hair named Carlos. Not sure if he knew how to do customer service, not smiling and grumpy.
He washed my hair, but not dried it properly before making the cut. Water was dripping down on my face during the entire cut until he finished and dried it with blow drier.
The cut was amateur, and my hair was uneven. From beginning to end, I was just not bothered anymore to complain. so I left and went to somewhere else to fix it.
I have the feeling they have this business to target tourist, who might have a quick cut and never happen again. I hope you make a wise decision when booking at this place, or at least dont get served by Carlos.
