Awful, I booked myself in for a shellac manicure and was left with a bleeding cuticle (although I said twice that it was hurting the nail technician kept on cutting further) On top of that the bottle of the colour I chose was almost empty and the result was patchy and almost transparent shellac. I booked there twice and this was the last time for sure.
