I came back after having a good experience the time before. I was looked after by a lovely Italian hairdresser and was this time taken downstairs to a quieter spot after a very short wait. There was still some good music so a good atmosphere despite a less busy space. my hairdresser seemed to take a great deal of care in getting my cut perfect and gave me a lovely head massage too. Im happy wth my hair cut and treatment and will likely go back again.

I booked a last minute appt via Treatwell for an £18 (20% off) 40 min gel pedicure at 5. I didn't get the name of the aesthetician but she's from Sardinia & gorgeous. I waited about 5 min & then led downstairs where the basement's been refurbished. There's now 2 flat screens which were right in front of where I was sat but not at eye level. I find the location of these screens quite odd because the space is small & services are for hair washing & nails. If they're there, they should be centred. Anyway, I liked it much better before when there was just magazines & music. I think the whole service was about 30 min as I had to wait a few minutes and then was out by 5:40. The beautician was friendly & efficient. I was satisfied with my nails but missed having my feet massaged but I guess that only comes with the 1 hr deluxe service.
