The store was very cramped and not particularly clean, although this is understandable as a budget salon. The hair washing chair was very uncomfortable and gave me a neck cramp. The haircut itself was good. The job was very quick, as though they are trying to turn over clients as quickly as possible, but my hairdresser was nice. You could get a much nicer experience for the same price if you are willing to stray a few miles out of central London.
